Dividend payout calendar
Which months do popular dividend ETFs and stocks actually pay? Based on verified ex-dividend dates: 8 of the 13 tickers we cover pay monthly or weekly, and the quarterly payers cluster in March/June/September/December — the table below shows every month.
Built from each ticker's verified payment history (data as of June 11, 2026 or newer, sources on each ticker page) — the pattern, not predicted dates. For exact upcoming dates, each row links to the sponsor, which announces them.
Who pays in which month
Green = quarterly payers (the month is meaningful). Gray = monthly/weekly payers, which appear every month.

Building a payout for every month
Monthly payers (JEPI, JEPQ, MSTY, NVDY, O, QQQI, SPYI, ULTY) put a distribution in every month by themselves. Quarterly payers land four times a year — but their cycles are staggered. How much lands each month depends on how much you hold — the income goal calculator works that number out per ticker.

Payout calendar questions
- How is this calendar built?
- Each row comes from that ticker's verified data file: its payment frequency and its recent ex-dividend dates, compiled from the sources listed on its calculator page. The months shown are the months those verified dates actually fell in — we don't predict exact future dates; the fund sponsor publishes those.
- Can I get a dividend payment every month?
- Hold a monthly payer (JEPI, JEPQ, MSTY, NVDY, O, QQQI, SPYI, ULTY all pay monthly or more often), or combine quarterly payers whose payment months are staggered across the year.
- Why don't you show exact upcoming payment dates?
- Exact ex-dividend and payment dates are declared by the fund or company shortly before each distribution, and they shift by a few days from year to year. Publishing a guessed date would be worse than none — so we show each ticker's verified historical pattern and link to the sponsor, which announces the real dates.
- Do weekly payers really pay every week?
- The YieldMax funds we cover pay on a weekly schedule published by the sponsor. The amount varies with the option income the fund generates — see each fund's page for the honest yield framing and its 19a-1 notices.
